I have tried ticking and unticking read only on the file, I checked the valve.rc file, and when I load the game, I type exec autoexec in the console and it says it cant load it, and when I type exec autoexec.cfg, it doesnt give me a confirmation or an error, but it still doesnt work. I have also tried adding exec autoexec and exec autoexec.cfg in my launch options. Then, your default config.cfg will use your crosshair values from autoexec and you wont have to hit f10 again to enable your custom crosshair. I also tried binding F10 like you mentioned, and that didnt do anything. Thanks for your help though, if you have any further suggestions, I would really appreciate it. Go to your config file and add it like I show in this screenshot: Anyway if nothing still doesnt work, if you are in a match or offline against bots, you can open console and type your crosshair commands, they will save that way. I did mean exec autoexec.cfg. I have also tried read-only and binding the key like in your screenshot. Nothing wortks: Ive seen online where most people just say it wont autoexectute but typing exec autoexec in the console loads the file, but even doing the console command doesnt work for me. ![]() Make sure you select all files, not TXT files in dropdown menu and save file as autoexec.cfg How do I save mine as a cfg other than just ending it in.cfg. That should work. I know that I posted this a long time ago and never did update it to say how I fixed it. I made a stupid mistake and didnt click the drop down box to select all files instead of txt file. Some geospatial data on this website is provided by geonames.org.
